Roast broccoli with garam masala
Roasting broccoli makes the edges slightly crisp and gives it a lovely flavour

Ready in 30 mins
- Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Toss the broccoli in a little oil then the garam masala. Spread on a roasting tray and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it is tender and the edges are browned.
