Soy-glazed pork with mango salsa

The fresh flavours of mango go beautifully with Asian-flavoured pork in this simple but stylish recipe

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and soy sauce together and brush over the pork chops. Grill for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through, brushing more sauce over as they cook. For the salsa, mix together the mango, lime, coriander and onion. Serve with the pork chops and watercress.

    Where in the ingriedient list is the onion? I bought the ingriedients only to find when making this dish that I did not have the onion. Most annoying!!
