  1. Finely chop onions, garlic and tomatoes. Toss together with sugar, coriander, parsley, white wine vinegar and season well.

    Highly recommend the use of lime juice instead of vinegar. Also try using 1 onion and red onion to add a bit of colour. Great in Fajita.

    Did you mean 25ml vinegar? And some salt helps too. Other than that, not a bad salsa. Especially when lime juice was used instead of the vinegar.

    I would agree with 25ml of vinegar. Even after draining away the vinegar it was too bitter for me so I added balsamic syrup (or glaze) which both mellowed and sweetened it).

    Great salsa, took advice and used the juice of one lime instead of the vinegar and it was delicious. I also seasoned it well with salt and some pepper. This was a great accompaniment to the falafel burgers featured on the site!
