Brie & spinach croissants
What better way to wake up in the morning than to a tray laden with coffee and a couple of these oozy and indulgent croissants?

Ready in 20 mins- Heat the grill to high. Cook the spinach in a little butter with the garlic until wilted. Squeeze out excess liquid. Lightly toast the croissants on the cut side then pile on the spinach and brie. Grill again until oozing, then fold together.
