Warm brie, chicory & bacon salad

Combining brie with chicory creates the perfect contrast of creamy and crunch

Method

  1. Toss the leaves and bacon with the dressing and arrange on 2 heatproof plates. Top with slices of brie then grill until melted, sprinkle with chives and serve.
