Whole baked brie with honey & pecans
A whole brie baked to gooey perfection. Try dipping crusty bread into it - you may just swoon on the spot

Ready in 20 mins
- Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Put the brie in an ovenproof dish, make a few cuts in the top, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the thyme over.
- Cover with foil and bake for 5-10 minutes until gooey. Sprinkle with pecans, drizzle with honey and serve with warm crusty bread.
