Whole baked brie with honey & pecans

A whole brie baked to gooey perfection. Try dipping crusty bread into it - you may just swoon on the spot

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Put the brie in an ovenproof dish, make a few cuts in the top, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the thyme over.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 5-10 minutes until gooey. Sprinkle with pecans, drizzle with honey and serve with warm crusty bread.

    I made this for a dinner party of four and two loved it and two hated it unfortunatly. I dont think i would make it again, but i am all for trying things once. Be carefull not to over cook as well!!
