Warm steak & blue cheese salad
A piquant sauce really adds to this classic cheese and steak combination

Ready in 15 mins
- Heat a griddle (char-grill) or frying pan to very hot. Oil and season the steaks, then cook for 2 minutes each side for rare, 3 for medium. Rest for 5 minutes under foil. Whisk the vinegar and mustard with 4 tbsp oil. Slice the steak and toss with the salad and dressing. Top with cheese.
