  Absolutely delicious, made this the other day and everyone who tasted said ... WOW ! I have also frozen a test batch that I will use on Christmas day, I am sure it will be fine defrosted ... will let you know

  Hi there ...... YES it freezes very well, I made double and froze half, got it out and defrosted, then warmed it slowly in a saucepan, it was fabulous ... just like the fresh version
