Bacon, mozzarella & pine nut salad
Pine nuts add a satisfying bite to this simple salad, a winning combination of flavours

Ready in 15 minutes- Toss together the salad leaves with the mozzarella, pine nuts and dressing. Divide between 2 plates and scatter the bacon over.
