  We all love this recipe and it's so quick and easy. We added half a tin of chopped tomatoes and an extra clove of garlic.

  Really delicious and so easy to make. We stir the sauce through linguine and serve with pecorino or parmesan cheese - yum!

  Wow we really enjoyed this, I've never used cherry toms from a tin before, it was cracking with the crushed news with olive oil, this was proven when Imogen declared herself not hungrey, and went to do some homework, but in a short time she was back and sereving herself a portion, then asked if we could save the rest for her boyfriend, he promtly finished the lot, and that really is the proof of the pudding, try it its full and rich,great for this time of year.

  Had to use pork tenderloin, because my mom doesn't like chicken. It's a good recipe, but next time i'm going to marinate the pork, to make it a little tastier. Didn't have any mascarpone so i used cream cheese, and also added a dash of white wine. Of course, i'll try this with chicken. Thank you!

  i made this dish for a small group of friends, i did add a little more garlic and tomatoes, i served with rice and pasta.5 stars from me.

  I have made this twice now, very easy and very tasty. I omitted the garlic, hubby hates it so I would imagine I lost flavour but it was still excellent. Served with mini chunks of potato roasted with Rosemary and green beans.
