Sticky chicken wings with sesame noodles
A sticky treat to satisfy the family - they're best eaten with fingers, so get the napkins out

Plus an hour to marinate- Put the chicken wings in a bowl with the honey, 1 tbsp oil, lemon juice and soy sauce and mix well. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Put the chicken and marinade in a non-stick shallow roasting tin and cook for 30-40 minutes, basting with the marinade halfway through, until golden, sticky and cooked through.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add the garlic and sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute then add the noodles and stir fry for 4 minutes. Stir through a few drops of sesame oil, then serve topped with the chicken wings, any juices and some sesame seeds.
