Penne with tomato, cream & basil
There's no need to buy a ready-made sauce when making your own is this easy!

- Cook the onion in 2 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add the garlic and cook for a couple more minutes. Tip in the tomatoes, then simmer for 20 minutes until reduced and thickened. Stir in the cream and simmer for a couple of minutes, then stir in the basil.
- Cook the pasta following packet instructions, drain and toss with the sauce.
