Method

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lychee liqueur and lychee juice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a martini glass. Make a cut into the side of a lychee and sit it on the rim of the glass.

    I made these for a Japanese Dinner Party, and we a massive hit! They have quite a punch to them, so I ended up increasing the lychee juice content. Will make again!

    I made this for a cocktails and canapes dinner party and it went down so well everyone had at least three each and avoided the other cocktails. Simple and so good.
