- Put a measure of Irish whiskey into a heatproof glass with 2 tsp brown sugar. Pour in a strong coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves. Put the spoon onto the surface of the coffee, face up. Pour over 2 tbsp cold double cream, so the cream rests on the coffee.
