  Lovely! I have made this with other various liqueurs too or use rum and hot chocolate for a change with a spoonful of whipped cream on top. (Known in our family as Rushish Chocolate, but I don't know exactly where the name originated)

  Put spoon on surface of the Coffee "Face Up" What do you consider is the Face of Spoon???

  For Dennis and Newmee, you pour it over the rounded side of the spoon slowly so it 'slides' on to the surface of the coffee rather then pours straight in. Hope that helps!
