Steaks with sweet pepper sauce
Spice up that tender bit of beef with a peppery sauce

Ready in 30 mins
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add the onion, chilli and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft but not coloured.
- Stir the red peppers into the onions and cook until heated through. Add the balsamic, basil and season. Whizz until smooth (you may need to add a splash of hot water).
- Meanwhile, heat a griddle or frying pan until hot. Oil and season the steaks and cook for 2 minutes each side for rare, 3 minutes for medium.
- Serve with the sauce, salad and potato wedges.
