Stir-fried sesame pork

Quick and simple in a wok. You can knock up this pork dish in no time

Method

  1. Roll the pork strips in the sesame seeds. Heat a little oil in a wok and when it is hot, stir-fry the pork until browned. Tip onto a plate. Add the stir-fry vegetables and bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for a minute or 2 until almost tender.
  2. Season with soy sauce, sweet chilli and lime juice - as much as you like - then stir in the pork. Toss everything together and serve as it is or with rice or noodles.

    Very filling, needed to put extra sweet chilli sauce in it as otherwise it would have been quite dry. Yummy though and will definitley make again.

  • 1 pork tenderloin fillet, trimmed and cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • oil for frying
  • 1 packet of stir-fry vegetables , about 350g
  • 2 heads of bok choi , leaves seperated and large ones halved
  • soy sauce for dressing
  • sweet chilli sauce for dressing
  • 1 lime juiced
