Stir-fried sesame pork
Quick and simple in a wok. You can knock up this pork dish in no time

- Roll the pork strips in the sesame seeds. Heat a little oil in a wok and when it is hot, stir-fry the pork until browned. Tip onto a plate. Add the stir-fry vegetables and bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for a minute or 2 until almost tender.
- Season with soy sauce, sweet chilli and lime juice - as much as you like - then stir in the pork. Toss everything together and serve as it is or with rice or noodles.

- 1 packet of stir-fry vegetables , about 350g
- 2 heads of bok choi , leaves seperated and large ones halved
- soy sauce for dressing
- sweet chilli sauce for dressing
- 1 lime juiced
