Smoked salmon, watercress & horseradish pasta
Horseradish gives this pasta dish a nice kick and goes incredibly well with the salmon

- Cook the linguine following the packet instructions. Drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss together and season heavily with black pepper.

Linguine has a low-Gi score, but it also depends on portion size. Stretch the amount of pasta to serve 3-4 people as this will ensure a lower blood glucose response. The lemon juice also helps to lower the Gi.
