Dead good BBQ sauce
An easy way to make the classic sauce, brilliant with everything from sausages to sandwiches

Ready in 30 mins
- In a saucepan mix together cider vinegar, Colman's mustard powder, brown sugar, water, chilli powder, pepper and a dash of Tabasco. Simmer gently for 25 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and a knob of butter and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Brush it over ribs or chicken in the last 5-10 minutes of cooking to create a sweet, hot, sticky glaze.
