Sprouts with walnuts & bacon
A great way to serve sprouts - don't save them for Christmas - make the most of them through their seasonal winter months

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 15 minutes- Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green, about 5 minutes. Fry the lardons in a non-stick pan until crisp and golden, about 3 minutes. Add a small knob of butter and the walnuts and stir for a couple of minutes. Toss with the sprouts and serve.
