Wheat tortillas have a lower Gi than seeded bread. But eating two wraps will influence your blood glucose levels so load up on salad instead.

Nice recipe. Tastes good however I agree with the other reviews it is a bit too wet. Use half a tin of tomatoes instead and it would be perfect and should taste the same. Will definitely make again.

Mmm, making this in a couple of days. Have all the ingredients. Going to sieve the tomatoes, too; I hear it can be quite soggy otherwise. With a couple of dips and a salad and homemade wedges to accompany, it cost £25, so I hope it's worth it!

If I could I would give this recipe 10 stars. Absolutely mouthwatering, delicious and exploding with flavour. With only 3 herbs/spices,( chilli, coriander & salt ) I was amazed at the flavour of this dish. One suggestion would be to drain the tomatoes thoroughly before adding them as this is a very juicy dish.

I changed the ingredients slightly, I used chicken strips, chilli powder, red peppers and then added natural yoghurt. The yoghurt went really well with the chilli and gave it a nice twist. I swerved with cucumber, lettuce and soured cream and chive sauce. Lovely.

This recipe was delicious...I added extra cayenne, and some celery salt and cumin for even more kick and taste...with a little grated cheese too. Marvellous and so much tastier than packet spices!

Nice recipe, but I did find it lacking a little flavour, and too sloppy. However, with some adjustments it has become a standard one for me. So, use Cayenne pepper instead of Chilli powder, and add 2 tsp of ground Ginger. I use green pepper instead of beans. Add two cloves of crushed Garlic, some black pepper, and a few splashes of soy sauce. No need to mess around with tomatoes - just leave them out. Simplified method too: Stir-fry the chicken first, for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients frying for 5 minutes, and soy sauce just before tipping out to serve. Also Mayonnaise works just as well for some cool creaminess instead of Sour Cream.

Couldn't fault it. Used fresh tomatoes and passata instead of tinned and Quorn pieces unstead of chicken. Couldn't fault the recipe, truly deserves five stars!

Would think this recipe needs equal 1tsp quantities of chilli powder, ground cumin and paprika for a really mexican taste

I made these with the kids. They made the salsa and gucamole, while I cracked on with the chicken. Took on board comments about the tinned toms, so instead I used a tablespoon of sundried tomato paste, along with a teaspoon of cumin, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayene pepper. Went down a storm!

Quick, easy and really importantly, this is a real hit with my 4 kids (ages 3 to 8). It is delicious. The green beans really work to add a nice bit of crunch. I used passata instead of a tin of tomatoes, and just added enough to look right on sight.
