Method

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the garlic and salt.
  2. Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Halve the tomatoes lengthways and put in a small roasting tin. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, harissa and seasoning and pour over the tomatoes. Coat and leave cut-side up. Sprinkle with the sugar and cook for about 45 minutes.
  3. Toast the sourdough. Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the bread, then top with the tomatoes and drizzle over any juices from the pan. Scatter with coriander and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
