Sticky toffee bananas
A sweet treat without the extra helping of guilt

- Cut the bananas into diagonal chunks. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the banana and fry until it begins to brown, tossing once or twice. Take off the heat, add the rum, orange juice and golden syrup, then put back and bubble for 30 seconds, shaking the pan to coat the bananas in the sauce.
- Divide between 2 plates and top with the crème fraîche and pumpkin seeds.
