    Have made this salad a few times now and have really enjoyed it. Vary the levels of garam masala to intensify the flavour. Lime juice instead of lemon also works well. Try to use really ripe mangoes for the sweetness to really come through. Also have subsituted the mint for coriander to accompany 'Superhealthy salmon burgers' and this was a delicious pairing.
