Szechuan pepper prawns
A sizzling side dish, or serve as part of nibbles for a party

Cook 15 mins
Ready in 15 mins- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok until almost smoking.
- Throw in the prawns and quickly stir-fry until pink and very crisp.
- Pour off any excess oil, then add 2 tsp of the spice mix and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Serve with extra spice mix for dipping.
