LOVE this recipe - make it all the time and everyone always raves about it! I generally serve it with stir-fried veg and rice rather than the cucumber/coriander salad suggested here, but it makes a great main if anyone in the family is cutting down on carbs.

This marinade makes really enhances the flavour of the tuna, and the dipping sauce is delicious! We braaied the tuna over low coals, giving it a nice smokey flavour, and added some avocado and cherry tomatoes to the cucumber and spring onion. Served it with baby potatoes. A great summer dish - will definitely be making this again!
