Stir-fried teriyaki steak with savoy cabbage
Japanese-style steak - try serving with a rich, spicy red wine

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 15 mins- Slice the steak into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a wok. Add the steak and onion, fry, continuously stirring until both start to brown. Add the sauce and a splash of water and toss to coat, bubbling off any excess liquid. Tip onto a plate. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry until it wilts. Season with soy sauce and toss and then add back the steak and toss together. Serve with rice or noodles.
