Sweetcorn & prawn soup
A super-simple clear soup - a great way to use up frozen sweetcorn

Ready in 20 mins
- Fry the onion in a non-stick pan with a little oil until soft, add the potato and sweetcorn and season well. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes and then add the prawns and bring back to the boil. Stir in the coriander.
