Pork, ginger & black bean stir-fry
A quick and easy recipe to get you through the week, and it’s low fat!

Ready in 15 mins- Slice the pork steaks into strips. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add the garlic and ginger. Then add the pork and stir-fry until the pork starts to brown. Add the beans and stir-fry for a minute more. Stir in the black bean sauce and add a splash of water, moving everything around the wok so it is evenly coated. Cook for another minute or two or until the pork is cooked through. Serve with brown rice.
