Plaice with spinach, pine nuts & capers
Bring out the delicate flavour of place with lemon, capers and pine nuts

- Fold the plaice fillets over on a plate, put inside a steamer, season well and steam for 3-4 minutes. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan, throw in the spinach and stir until wilted.
- Mix together the capers, pine nuts and lemon juice. Spoon over the plaice and serve with the spinach and steamed new potatoes.
