Tuna tataki noodles
Take two tuna steaks, add some special herbs and spices and you have a fantastic meal in less than 15 minutes

Ready in 15 mins- Rub the tuna with the black pepper and sear in a hot nonstick pan for 1 minute on each side, you just want to cook the very outside. Rest for a couple of minutes and then slice into strips. Put the noodles into 2 bowls and add half the tuna strips to each. Top with a pile of spring onion shreds. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon over the tuna and noodles.
