Steak & onions with celeriac mash
Take meat and two veg to new heights with this tasty midweek recipe

- Simmer the celeriac in water for about 15 minutes or until it is tender. Drain and mash with milk and lots of seasoning. n Put a little oil in a hot frying pan and add the steaks, add the onion around the edges and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn the steaks over and stir the onions around. After 2 minutes add the red wine and brown sugar and bubble everything together to make a sauce. Season well and serve with the mash.
