Carrot, coriander & orange salad

A great side salad for any meal and perfect for a work pack lunch

Method

  1. Put the carrots in a bowl. Whisk together the orange and lemon juice and 1 tsp sesame oil. Season, then pour over the carrot salad and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir in the coriander just before serving.

    Made to accompany quiche and salad. Very easy but family testers weren't impressed. Might have gone better with a spicy dish.

    Can you provide an approximate weight for the carrots, or an approximate size for a "normal" carrot?? Thanks!
