  Made this as a starter and served with home made garlic bread. I did not have any pine nuts but it was fine without them. It was so easy but impressive and tasty.

  Made this for our main with new potatoes and salad. Was a lovely simple but great tasting and looking meal so will definitely make again for guests. Don't think it would be right without the balsamic vinegar though.

  Lovely - I made them on a dough base - rather like pizza which should cut down the fat content, and added mushrooms as I had them, we really enjoyed this and am looking forward to the rest for lunch

  A very tasty recipe, the balsamic added a nice flavour. It's rather easy and looks impressive! I'm quite clumsy, so for somebody like me i'd recommend using a firm baking plate to put the pastries in instead of just loose baking sheets before you're lovely looking creation falls apart whilst trying to shove it in the oven :). Try not to cut the border to deep as well!

  These are really tasty. I made mine with frozen spinach, and round frozen puff pastry cases. They were still delicious. 100g of Feta was too much though,I had some left (which I put into the salad that I made to go with pastries), but maybe that was because I used 6 puff pastry cases. This is a great way to eat spinach. I will definitely make again.
