Chilli-lemon lamb cutlets

Put some zing in lamb cutlets with a chilli coating, ready in just 15 minutes

Method

  1. Put the lamb cutlets in a bowl and squeeze one of the lemon halves over them. Add the rest of the ingredients and rub everything into the lamb well.
  2. Heat the grill to high, then grill the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side. Squeeze over the remaining lemon half. Serve with naan bread and more yoghurt if you like.

  • a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tsp tumeric
  • 1 garlic clove , crushed
  • coriander leaves, chopped to make 2 tbsp
  • naan bread or rice, to serve
