Chilli-lemon lamb cutlets
Put some zing in lamb cutlets with a chilli coating, ready in just 15 minutes

- Put the lamb cutlets in a bowl and squeeze one of the lemon halves over them. Add the rest of the ingredients and rub everything into the lamb well.
- Heat the grill to high, then grill the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side. Squeeze over the remaining lemon half. Serve with naan bread and more yoghurt if you like.
