  These were very tasty and healthy for lunchboxes. Next time I shall cut the sugar by half as the syrup and coconut provide enough sweetness.

  I can't wait to try this. These were my favourite biscuits as a child. I received some in a hamper from Australia last Christmas and the taste really took me back to my days growing up in Oz.

  I've used this recipe several times and they taste delicious although they turn out differently each time from soft and chewy to quite crispy.
