Method

  1. Put the vodka, sugar syrup, watermelon and lime juice in a blender and whizz. Pour into a long glass and decorate with melon balls.

    Daiquiri is made with rum....that maybe , but there is nothing wrong with experimenting and trying out new things eh. Thought these were lovely im going tio try the watermelon gin spritzer next, yum.

  • 6 tbsp lime juice
  • melon balls to decorate, use Galia, charentais or honeydew melons for colour contrast
