Pork with five-spice, walnuts & green beans
Spice up your pork with this easy recipe, perfect for midweek meals

- Slice the pork loin into thin medallions. Season well and rub in a pinch of Chinese five-spice. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the pork. Fry on both sides until lightly browned then add the walnuts and fry for another couple of minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the beans for 3 minutes or until just tender, rinse under cold running water and then drain. Toss with the shallot, a little olive oil and a drizzle of vinegar. Pile the beans onto 2 plates and then spoon over the pork and walnuts.
