  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the courgettes and fry gently until they start to go golden. Season, add a splash of water and cook while stirring and mashing to break the courgette down; this should take about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, 2-3 tbsp chopped tomatoes and basil, season and cook for 5 minutes then add 1-2 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Toss the linguine through the sauce and serve.

I thought this was really tasty, a bit more chilli flakes maybe next time. I didn't have any basil, so I used basil oil and through some rocket leaves in at the end. Will definately do again.

This is really easy and quite delicious. The only thing I changed was to use quite a decent splash of white wine instead of water. Will definitely become a regular dish in our household.

I was sceptical when I first saw this recipe as I thought it may turn out a little bland, but when I tried it I was really WOWed by the wonderful taste! It's so quick, and simple, but the outcome is nevertheless quite impressive. It was so good that my partner made me promise him that this dish would become a regular in our household.

This recipie was really tasty and quick to make. We added some lobster to the recipie and that was a perfect accompanyment. I addded more chilli flakes than stated but I like my food hot with a tingle !

Really delicious and was dead easy to make. Hubby thought he was being treated with having king prawns mid-week - didn't tell him how quick and easy it was to make!

Hi Peeks' Pesta, You can find Chilli Flakes in any Chinese or Asian food store. You can also find them in any ethnic food store which sells Indian or Middle-Eastern food supplies. Alternatively, you can buy "Crushed Chilli" from Tesco or Sainsbury's.

I made it with fresh tomatoes (remove the seeds) instead of tinned and used mixed seafood. It was delicious, very fresh and light. I'll be making this again for sure.
