Tuna with wasabi noodles

Heat up a mid-week meal with a touch of wasabi - this dish also has a low to medium Gi rating

Method

  1. Heat a griddle (char-grill) or non-stick pan and, when very hot, add the tuna and sear on each side; 2 minutes for rare, 4 minutes for medium. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Mix the wasabi, soy sauce and lemon juice together until smooth, then toss through the noodles with the spring onion and rocket. Slice the tuna and serve with the noodles.

    I didn't have to do the tuna for anywhere near as long as the recipe suggested but I guess it all depends on your pan, your heat and your actual cut. Overall I was a little disappointed by this.
