Steak with tomato & chilli salad
It's quick and easy, what more do you want from an after-work supper?

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 15 mins- Heat a heavy-based pan, add a little olive oil and fry the steaks on each side; 3 minutes for rare, 4 for medium. Rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Toss the spinach in a bowl with the tomato, chilli and cheese, and dress with olive oil, balsamic and seasoning. Serve with the steak.
