Love it. Made enough for two, but ate it in one! Will be making it again.

This is a lovely meal and a regular in our house. I use spinach instead of watercress but just as nice

Had this for supper last night and it was delicious! The flavours were lovely and the cashews were definitely the stars of the show, giving a lovely crunchy texture. Made it exactly as the recipe except for the watercress which I couldn't get so used rocket leaves and it worked a treat. Served it with basmati rice - gorgeous! I'll definitely be making this again and again.

Dont bother with Chineese takeaways. This is healthier and much tastier! Really quick and easy.
Used same recipe for 2 but with less watercress and cashews (100g watercress and 50g cashews)
Served on top of fresh egg noodles. loved it!

Hey I followed this but as I don't like onions I substituted them for some chopped up chilli pepper (the big one that isn't too spicy). It worked really well.

The recipe is great though I'd recommend it massively...

I loved this recipe it was easy and the cashews really gave it crunch. I used half the watercress as I thought the amount was huge and overwhelmed the dish. Give it a try you will love it.

I love this recipe and cook it often - I add sesame seeds instead of oil, great midweek supper and easy on the washing up!

The family really enjoyed this and it was easy to make. Although I stuck to the recipe I agree that you could add other ingredients such as mushrooms or any other veg.
