  This is delicious and easy to make. I added sugar snap peas and mushrooms. Great for midweek casual dinner with friends.

  Yummy! I used pork instead of the chicken and added mushrooms and chilli for some heat. You can really make this dish with whatever ingredients you want - the sauce is delicious! I'll be making it again :o)

  Delicious, perfect for when im home form work late and need somthing quick and healthy! I cut out the oil completley and it still works fine, i just fry in Spray light oil to cut some calories!!! Very very tasty indeed!

  The family really enjoyed this and it was easy to make. Although I stuck to the recipe I agree that you could add other ingredients such as mushrooms or any other veg.

  I love this recipe and cook it often - I add sesame seeds instead of oil, great midweek supper and easy on the washing up!

  Used groundnut oil instead of sunflower. Really quick and absolutely gorgeous flavour. Will be cooking again.

  I loved this recipe it was easy and the cashews really gave it crunch. I used half the watercress as I thought the amount was huge and overwhelmed the dish. Give it a try you will love it.

  Hey I followed this but as I don't like onions I substituted them for some chopped up chilli pepper (the big one that isn't too spicy). It worked really well. The recipe is great though I'd recommend it massively...
