Lamb chops with lemon & parsley
Get your kids to eat meat - serve these chops separately, so those that want can have them plain

Ready in 10 -15 mins
- Heat the grill to high, put the chops on the grill pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side for pink and 10 minutes on each side for well done.
- Meanwhile, put the lemon zest and juice in a bowl and add the parsley and garlic. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and a little seasoning. Remove the chops from the grill and serve with the lemon and parsley mixture on the side.
Know-how
Serve the lamb chops separately from the lemon and parsley, so those that want can have them plain, those with more sophisticated palates can dress them up.
