Method

  1. Layer a tall jug or pitcher with ice and lime wedges. Add the vodka and lime juice, stir, then top with ginger beer. Serve in tumblers or high-ball glasses.

    I'm made this a few times at parties and its always a big hit! Light and refreshing, really nice :) What I would suggest is squeezing the 100ml of lime juice from fresh limes rather than the bought pre squeezed stuff..its well worth the effort, much better flavour!!
