Loved the flavours. A quick & easy meal for friends. I served it with small potatoes, green beans & small carrots, with mixed leaf salad as garnish.

Lovely! I cut right back on the sugar though as 4 tablespoons would make it way too sweet. I think the glaze/sauce would go perfectly with sausages which I'm going to try next time.

Tried this sauce with salmon fillets from Sainsburys basic range and was really pleased with the result. I'm not a great fish lover but my husband is. He loved it. I thought the sauce was a bit sweet and would have used less sugar but my other half thought it was just right. I added a bit more lemon juice and will use a little less sugar next time. It's a sauce you can adapt to your own taste - it really made the salmon special. Very quick and easy too, an all round winner I think.

Made this for a special dinner - the salmon wasn't cheap, so it was a one off. I've never cooked salmon before but it turned out beautifully - soft and tasty. The sauce is a lovely accompaniment if you like strong flavours!
