Really lovely fresh and healthy tasting dish ( despite the frying!). An instant summer favourite for, really love the textures.

Decent recipe but I'd put less lime juice in next time, was a little overpowering

Love, love, love this recipe. Use only 2 TBSP of sugar, which I find is more than enough. Sometimes I use a pack of vegetable stirfry mix for a change. Have also used lemon as I didn't have lime, but lime is definitely better.

Absolutely loved this even though it took a while to make, with two people preparing the ingredients. I'm definitely going to make this again and recommend to everyone.

This was fantastic. A definite addition to the mid week menu. Like others have commented, I reduced the sugar to 3 teaspoons and it still worked perfectly.

Great easy, recipe bursting with ginger and lime. I refused to use so much oil to deep fry the beef and did it just fine in just 1 cm of oil. I also threw the spring onions in with the ginger and broccoli (by accident) and it was still great.

I also reduced the sugar. I used lemon juice because that's what I had in. Very tasty, but I found the sauce (what there was of it) was very runny. If I do it again I may add a little cornflour to thicken it.

Fantastic recipe! Much better than a take-away. The whole family loved it. I halved the sugar amount, much too sweet before.

I loved this recipe! I am a beginner and wasn't sure if it would turn out that well but I have made this a couple of times now and is our favourite, although we left out the broccoli and used chicken instead of beef. Was looking for something similar to what my wife and I had in Thailand recently on our honeymoon, stir fried chicken with cashews. I fried some cashews before hand and added them in at the end and seemed to work well. Used some leftover rice from the night before and fried it with some garlic and soy sauce and one egg. TASTY!
