This has become a firm favourite with my boyfriend and myself. I par-boil the broccoli before adding it to the wok as the first couple of times it was really hard, and I'm not a fan of hard veg! I also add egg fried noodles in at the end! Delicious!

This was a breeze to make. The beef turned out really nice and the mixture of all the flavours was a taste explosion on my palette! A must for a dinner party and family meal! I have also made this recipe with chicken, baby sweetcorn and noodles in place of beef and broccoli, which turned out to be equally delicious.

This is so easy, quick and delicious! It's all in the prep though so make sure it's all chopped and crushed and ready to go as you cant afford to be waiting around to add the spring onions. I've also done it with chicken which was delicious. My other half, a take away fanatic, even said it was better than the one from the Chinese down the road, high praise in deed. Yummy.

I made this tonight, it was so fresh, tasty and above all easy to make! The only changes I made was to use an onion instead of spring onions and I opted for a sliced green pepper rather than broccoli as the bf isn't keen on it. My first proper attempt at cooking Chinese food and I'm well pleased! We both loved it.

only thing I would do differently is perhaps season the cornflower. Otherwise, very nice. I served with fine egg noodles tossed in seseme oil and soya sauce.
