Mangetout & chilli oil noodle stir-fry
A vegetarian stir-fry with a bit of bite thanks to the crunch of the cabbage and mangetout

Ready in 12 minutes
- Heat a large wok on high heat and add the chilli oil and egg noodles.Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the hoisin sauce, cabbage, mangetout and a little water and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove wok from heat and toss through the black pepper, spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
