Pizza bianco literally means 'white pizza' so that means there's no tomatoes on this tasty variety

- Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the onion over a low heat, covered, for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add the garlic and half the rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes. Make the pizza dough following packet instructions to the topping stage.
- Roll out to fit a 30cm x 40cm baking sheet and scatter with the cheese. Lay the potato over and scatter with the remaining rosemary. Drizzle with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
